Scope, proof and production terms.
These first-version terms communicate critical boundaries and require attorney review before public launch.
Managed network
CT Custom Signs may coordinate vetted printers, fabricators, installers, carriers and specialty providers. We do not claim every item is made or installed in one owned facility.
Planning ranges
Price Lab outputs are nonbinding planning data. They may exclude tax, freight, installation, permits, electrical work, removal, repairs, design, access equipment and unconfirmed conditions.
Exact proposals
A binding commitment exists only in an authorized final proposal or order identifying scope, quantities, prices, assumptions, exclusions, schedule and acceptance terms.
Proof approval
The customer must review content, spelling, layout, dimensions, colors, quantities, version and production notes. Approved versions lock the intended production reference.
Deadlines
Dates depend on complete scope, files, approvals, payment or authorization, materials, capacity, shipping, site access, weather, permits and installation resources. No guarantee exists unless written.
Installations + wraps
Surface condition, temperature, access, vehicle paint/body condition, existing graphics, removal, indoor bay, downtime and installer capability must be confirmed.
Specialty projects
Electrical signs, channel letters, neon-style work, carved signs, gold leaf and specialty fabrication require capability, code, permit, engineering, trade and warranty confirmation.
Warranty eligibility
Warranty eligibility is subject to the confirmed material, production, installation, exposure, maintenance and manufacturer requirements. No generic product page creates a warranty.
Customer authority
The customer must hold rights to uploaded artwork, logos, photos, trademarks and other content and must identify applicable political, property, venue, permit or regulatory requirements.
